- SB IS NOT a big hotel, it is a small rural hotel of 6 bedrooms/suites where you will not feel overwhelmed by too many people.
- SB IS NOT in an urban area, it is situated in farmlands, but just 4km to the nearest village where you will find all necessary services and shops.
- SB IS NOT a “luxury” hotel, but a country house where the real luxury is the ability to really relax and be in touch with nature

- SB does NOT have a restaurant, but the three cottages have their own kitchen, there are portable barbeques at your disposal as well as a bbq by the pool, especially for the double rooms that do not have cooking facilities.Also remember that within 15 minutes radius driving from Sant Blai, there are over 30 magnificent restaurants of varied cuisines we can recommend.
- SB does NOT have a Spa, but we have a swimming pool filled from our own well and a beautiful sun lounge area surrounded by colour and aroma of the Jasmin plants.
- SB does NOT have room service and daily cleaning, but we do clean in depth every day and extra cleaning services are available on request.
- SB does NOT have 5 stars, but there are thousands visible in the night sky above the garden and even more through the telescope from our own observatory. We consider the stars at Sant Blai are our clients.
- SB does NOT have daily newspapers, but there is internet connection in our library as well as many books in several languages and a WiFi connection in the communal areas
- SB does NOT have early breakfasts, but you are going to relax so much the breakfast buffet we offer can even be a Brunch where you do not need to be concerned about a strict timetable. There is also the coffee machine always available in the bar if you wake a little earlier.
- SB is NOT accessible without a car, but we recommend two car hire companies through our web page that we can recommend provide an excellent service and rates to our clients
- SB does NOT have television in the double rooms (only the cottages), but we do have a spacious, comfortable communal lounge that has wide screen TV with Spanish and German satellite (dual English for films); a large DVD collection and many table games
- SB does NOT have air conditioning in all the rooms, but you can open the windows and receive natural air conditioning from the fresh breezes that always blow through Sant Blai from the coast nearby.
